The staff here were really friendly and made my stay amazing, the location by the shore was great, and it's close to Le Chique restaurant and Playa del Carmen, also near the beach despite some seaweed.

The rooms at Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun are absolutely stunning with their canopy beds and breathtaking views of the ocean or gardens. As an adult, I felt like I was living in a dreamland! The 32-inch plasma flat-screen TV in each suite was a great addition, allowing me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows after a day of exploring. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during the hot and humid days. It kept the room incredibly cool and comfortable. I loved how the bathrooms were elegantly designed, with deluxe bathrobes, rain showers, double sinks, and a hairdryer. It felt like a luxurious spa experience every time I used them. Having a DVD player in the room was a nice touch. It allowed me to unwind and watch a movie in the evenings before bed.

Personally, I found the whirlpool bathtub in some rooms to be unnecessary and took up too much space. However, I understand that others might enjoy this feature for a relaxing soak.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and I was impressed with the conference space and meeting room facilities. The property provided ample space for networking and conducting our business activities. The staff was also professional and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

A downside was the limited availability of reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property. As someone who needed to stay connected for work purposes, I found it inconvenient to deal with intermittent internet access.
